![]() Once we have called last hand (typically 15 minutes before the contracted end time), we ask the players to turn in their chips. They will use those throughout the night. Just like at a Vegas table, the guests turn in the “cash” and they receive their playing chips. Before the event starts we will have already provided you with funny money bills for everyone in attendance to play with (typically passed out at the check in or their arrival of the party). Our event leader will be in contact with your event point person and will once again, ensure all of the planned details are accurate and make changes, if needed. We will arrive and have everything completely set up at least a half hour BEFORE the casino start time (meaning we typically arrive at least an hour and a half before the start time to set everything up). When we are en route, we will text you our ETA for your comfort. ![]() ![]() On the event day, you will have already received an event timeline that states when the delivery crew is set to arrive. ![]()
